Tulsi Japa Mala
Tulsi Japa Mala
A sacred wood made from the seeds of the holy tulsi (basil)
Plant, it is known to have incredible spiritual and physical healing powers, representing the incarnation of the divine itself.
Japa, a Sanskrit term, means to meditatively repeat a mantra or the divine name. The tulsi mala will enhance one’s concentration to prayer and intensify protection and focus to the wearer.
A beautiful sterling silver Om trinket is attached to the tassel, acting as a reminder for self-observation and self-love. Om is the whole universe merged into a single word, representing the union of mind, body and spirit that is at the heart of yoga.
Each tulsi bead flows gracefully from one to the next. The beads are individually hand knotted to provide strength and longevity to the mala. Both the thread and tassel are made of soft cotton, to help extend the life of your mala. Please note that our images are not to scale and each bead will vary slightly in size, shape and colour. Please also check the dimensions below for product size. Each japa mala is carefully hand wrapped and presented in a pouch.
